There are three wires for  our 2nd Generation Audi Illuminated emblem:

Black Wire: Connect this wire to the grounding.
white Wire: Connect this wire to the battery.
Last Wire: This wire needs to be connected to the daytime running light (DRL) wire.

Issue: Many users have trouble locating the correct wire for the daytime running light.

Alternative Method: You can connect the last wire to the fuse box instead. You can connect to a fuse rated between 10A and 15A. It’s advisable to use a multimeter to test the connection. When you turn off your car, there should be no electrical current at the plug.
